My aim is to provide a space where you feel safe to explore your mental health and well-being in a way that feels tailored to your individual needs. I strive to empower individuals to live in a way that reflects their values, and create a stronger sense of joy in everyday life. With over a decade of experience in research, private, and community settings, I am able to offer diverse approaches in multiple modalities including CBT, mindfulness based therapy, somatic experiencing, and supportive therapy. I believe that different approaches work for different people, and therefore, therapy should be a collaborative process.
